Everyone knows I love coffee.  As it turns out, I also love making coffee.  The problem with this arrangement; however, is that my coffee is NEVER as good as you can get at Manic Coffee (shamless plug for my favourite shop...)

That doesn't mean it's not worth trying.

So after finally getting to visit Ferrara bakery in NYC, I got around to trying to make some cannoli of my own. Now everyone knows Ferrara makes the best cannoli in the west, but I really did not like how rough the filling was. I ended up using extra smooth ricotta in mine. As it turns out, I officially make the best cannoli...IN THE WORLD...
