So after finally getting to visit Ferrara bakery in NYC, I got around to trying to make some cannoli of my own. Now everyone knows Ferrara makes the best cannoli in the west, but I really did not like how rough the filling was. I ended up using extra smooth ricotta in mine. As it turns out, I officially make the best cannoli...IN THE WORLD...
